You can merge two or more adjacent layers into one by using the Combine Layers command in the Layers menu. Select two or more layers by clicking on one and then holding Ctrl while you click on the others. Only adjacent layers can be combined. If you want to combine layers that are not adjacent, you must move them first using the Change Layer Order command. You can also combine all the layers into one by choosing Merge All.
